Limited 7-Day Return Policy

At 3D Print Store, we only accept returns for items damaged during shipping. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Important: We do not accept returns based on customer preference or "change of mind" situations.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging showing shipping damage
  • Original order number and purchase date
  • Brief description of the damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Products with no evidence of shipping damage
  • Items that have been used, modified, or customized
  • Products returned without original packaging

Return Process

  1. Email [email protected] with the required documentation within 7 days of delivery
  2. Wait for our team to review your return request (typically 1-2 business days)
  3. If approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging with all included accessories
  5. Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued

Refund Policy

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds or returns to the original payment method.
