- Hours: By appointment only, Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 10am-6pm
- Important: This is an in-person meetup. Please do not go inside Starbucks looking for your order.
Return Policy
Limited 7-Day Return Policy
We only accept returns for items damaged during shipping. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
- Clear photos of the damaged product must be provided
- Photos of the packaging showing shipping damage
- Original order number and purchase date
- Brief description of the damage
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Products with no evidence of shipping damage
- Items that have been used, modified, or customized
- Products returned without original packaging
